                          F.C.A.No.160 OF 2018

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.       Learned counsel for the parties state that pursuant to their being

referred to mediation, they have arrived at a settlement before the

learned Mediator recorded on 29.06.2021. The terms and conditions

of the settlement have been placed on record. Both the parties have

agreed to reconcile their disputes and reunite along with their daughter

and reside in Hyderabad.         Both the parties have also agreed to

withdraw the cases filed against each other before different courts.

2.       Learned counsel for the parties undertake that they shall take

immediate steps to withdraw the various litigations filed by them

against each other. Needful shall be done within two weeks from

today.

3.       We have perused the Settlement Agreement dated 29.06.2021.

The same has been signed by the appellant, the respondent and the

learned Mediator.

4. In view of the fact that both the parties have arrived at the aforesaid settlement out of their own freewill and volition and without any undue influence or coercion from any quarter, the same is taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions thereof.

5. The present appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, along with the pending applications, if any.
