JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The appellant is aggrieved by a judgment dated 14.08.2018
passed by the learned Family Court allowing a petition for divorce
filed by the respondent/wife.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent enters appearance and states that the respondent/wife had got remarried two years ago and no useful purpose will be served for the appellant to press the present appeal.
3. The appellant is present along with the counsel. On hearing learned counsel for the respondent stating that her client has got remarried, he states that he does not wish to press the present appeal any further.
4. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
