When the matter is taken up, it is represented by both sides that this writ petition is covered to be disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in Deccan Chronicles Holdings Limited, rep. by its Vice Chairman & others v. Union of India, rep. by its Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance & others1.
In view of the aforesaid submission, for the reasons recorded in the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment. No order as to costs.
