Though this Appeal is filed challenging the order dt.19-09-2018 in I.A.No.1150 of 2018 in O.S.No.655 of 2018, learned counsel for appellant seeks disposal of the Appeal with a direction to the Court below to decide I.A.Nos.1377 and 1378 of 2018 filed by the appellant in O.S.No.655 of 2018 in the Court below, pointing out that the said applications, though filed more than 2 years back, are still not disposed of by the Court below.
In view of the said submission, this Appeal is disposed of directing the X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to decide I.A.Nos.1377 and 1378 of 2018 filed by the appellant in O.S.No.655 of 2018 on his file on or before 31-08-2021, after hearing both sides. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
