JUDGMENT :
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that before the Lok Adalat held on 20.02.2021, recording the submission / undertaking made on behalf of the Insurance Company that they do not wish to press the Appeal and that they are ready to deposit the remaining decretal amount with interest after giving due credit to the amount already deposited within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said Award, the Appeal was permitted to be withdrawn and accordingly, it was recorded that the Appeal was withdrawn.
Hence, no further orders need be passed in the present Appeal and the same is closed in terms of the Award dated 20.02.2021. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
