Sri Burugula Dinakar, learned counsel representing Sri Gopala Kirshna Kalanidhi, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled outside the Court, as such, he has been instructed not to press this CMA.
Recording the above, this CMA is dismissed as not pressed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
