JUDGMENT:
It is represented by learned counsel for appellant that this matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award has also been passed by the Lok Adalat to that effect.
In the light of the aforesaid submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed in terms of Award dated 10.04.2021 passed by the Lok Adalat.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
