JUDGMENT:
Challenging the order dated 23.06.2003 passed by the learned XIII Additional Chief Judge (F.T.C.), City Civil Court, Hyderabad in I.A.No.3517 of 2002 in O.S.No.394 of 2002, the appellant filed this Appeal.
The information gathered from the learned XIII Additional Chief Judge (F.T.C.), City Civil Court, Hyderabad discloses that the suit itself came to be decreed on 21.08.2006.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
