COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Mr. Raghu Prasad, learned proxy counsel appears on behalf of
learned counsel for the respondent.
2. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has said that a letter of discharge had been addressed to the appellant/ husband asking him to make alternate arrangements. The said letter was not on record. Learned counsel for the appellant was directed to file a Memo of discharge well before the next date of hearing.
3. Neither is learned counsel for the appellant present, nor is the appellant himself present. Memo of discharge is also not on record. It is therefore assumed that the appellant does not wish to prosecute the present appeals, which are accordingly, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
