Learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, as he submits that aggrieved by the impugned order dated 07.04.2021 in W.P.No.15290 of 2011, his clients have filed a review petition which is pending consideration before the concerned court.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any, while reserving the right of the appellants to approach the court in the event they do not succeed in the review petition.
