ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in passing fresh assessment orders in accordance with the procedure laid down under Sections 221 to 223 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, as per the judgment dated 18.04.2017 passed by the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, in M.A.No.45 of 2015, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that fresh assessment orders have already been passed by the respondent No.2.
In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
