JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Learned counsel for the appellant states that since the appellant has not been contacting him, he has filed a Memo on 31.05.2021 seeking discharge form the case, enclosing a letter dated 25.05.2021 addressed to the appellant calling upon him to comply with the order dated 19.04.2021. Learned counsel also states that on 07.06.2021, he had telephonically contacted the appellant, who had expressed his inability to pay the amount and did not show any interest in pursuing the appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant is discharged from the present case.

3. The appellant is absent, despite being aware of today's date of hearing. He is also in default of the orders passed by this court.

4. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non- prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
