JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

The present appeal is directed against an order dated 23.04.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.8543 of 2021 filed by the appellant/writ petitioner praying inter alia for directions to the Police Department to register an FIR on her complaint dated 21.03.2021.
2. At the outset, we have requested learned counsel for the appellant to address this court on the maintainability of the present appeal as filed. Learned counsel fairly states that he may be permitted to withdraw the same while reserving the right of his client to seek appropriate legal recourse against the impugned order.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
