COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.    Mr. A.Srinivas, Sub-Inspector of Police and Mr. D. Lakshman,

Circle Inspector of Police are present virtually before this court today.

2.    The present appeals are directed against the order dated

01.06.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge in C.C.No.2106 of

2016 filed by the respondent No.1/writ petitioner stating that

the appellants had violated the order dated 26.08.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge in a miscellaneous application (W.P.M.P.No.35606 of 2016 in W.P.No.28765 of 2016) moved by respondent No.1.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1, who is the contesting respondent states that he has instructions not to oppose the present appeals for the reason that subsequently appropriate police aid was given to the respondent No.1 as was directed by the learned Senior Civil Judge in O.S.No.51 of 2016. Learned counsel for the appellants also clarifies that neither of the appellants is involved in any other contempt proceedings and no adverse orders have been passed by a court of law against them.

4. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the impugned order is quashed and set aside.

5. The present appeals are allowed and disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
