After addressing arguments at some length assailing the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.8271 of 2018 filed by the appellant and declining to grant any relief of interest payable on the pensionery benefits released in her favour, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of his client to approach the authorities to claim payment of interest for the period prior to 06.06.2016.
2. Without commenting on the merits/demerits of such a claim, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
