JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.     After addressing arguments for some time on the appeal filed

against the interim order 15.03.2021 passed by the learned Single

Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.5175 of 2021, learned counsel

for the appellant seeks leave of this court to withdraw the present

appeal, while reserving the right of his client to approach the learned

Single Judge with a grievance that the respondents have not complied

with the said order within the timeline as prescribed.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
