1.     Mr. S.S.Prasad, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the

appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving

the right of his client to approach the respondents to substantiate her

version to claim adjustment of the amounts already paid by her from out of the amount of Rs.3,68,687/- claimed by the respondent authorities.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
