ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.     We have requested learned counsel for the petitioner to address

this court on the maintainability of the writ petition challenging an

order dated 17.02.2021 passed by the District Consumer Disputes

Redressal Commission, Ranga Reddy in the light of the recent

judgment dated 12.03.2021 of the Supreme Court in SLP(C) No. 4127

of 2021, Mehra Bal Chikitsalaya Evam Navjat Shishu I.C.U. v. Manoj

Upadhyaya.

2.     After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for

the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present

petition while reserving the right of his client to seek impleadment in a

writ petition stated to have been filed by the respondent No.1 and

pending consideration before the learned Single Judge.

3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
