JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The present appeal was listed on 27.04.2021, when none had
appeared for the appellant/wife. As a result, it was directed to be
listed today for dismissal. Even today, none is present on behalf of
the appellant/wife.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband states that in any
case, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous, as during the pendency of this appeal, the respondent/husband had approached the court for divorce against the appellant/wife, which was duly granted.
3. Be that as it may, as none is present on behalf of the appellant/wife today, the present appeal is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
