ORDER:
Mr. Vijay Kumar Heroor, learned counsel for the respondent No.3, submits that O.S.No.6 of 2015 was dismissed by the Endowments Tribunal vide judgment dated 02.08.2017 and as such, the subject matter of the revision petition has become infructuous.
Recording the same, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to cots.
