Mr. Abu Akram, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of his client to move a vacate stay application for seeking vacation of the impugned order dated 26.11.2020 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.20179 of 2020.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
