JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.     Learned counsel for the appellants states that during the

pendency of the present appeal, G.O.Rt.No.155 dated 22.03.2021 has

already been issued by the appellants in compliance of the interim

order dated 18.03.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 and I.A.No.1 of 2018 in

W.P.No.8481 of 2018 and it has been clarified in the said G.O that the

payments are being released to the respondents subject to the final

outcome of the writ petition.

2. That being the position, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any. Needless to state that the appellants shall be at liberty to move an application before the learned Single Judge for permission to verify the genuineness of the documents issued in favour of the respondents.
