JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant

had stated that after 09.02.2009, the parties had reconciled their

disputes and were residing together. However, learned counsel for the

respondent had stated that he had no idea about the aforesaid

developments and needed time to obtain instructions.

2. Today, learned counsel for the respondent confirms the fact that the parties are residing together and have reconciled their disputes.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal, which is accordingly closed along with the pending applications, if any.
