1. Mr. Vijay B. Paropakari, learned counsel appears for the
respondent No.1.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant/wife seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal directed against the consent order dated 28.06.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge, while reserving the right of his client to file an application in the disposed of writ petition for seeking certain clarifications.
3. Without commenting on the merits or demerits of the impugned order, which is quite apparently a consent order, leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
