ORDER:
1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that a similar issue was adjudicated by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.1369 of 2018 on 19.7.2021 and the said judgment of the Division Bench is against the petitioner and in view of the same, he contended that this writ petition may be dismissed.
2. This Court, having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, is of the considered view that the relief sought in the present writ petition cannot be granted in view of the judgment dated 19.7.2021 of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1369 of 2018 and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
