JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the parties have reached amicable settlement and also have entered into a Memorandum of Compromise on 19.07.2021 and pray for disposal of the Appeal in terms of the same.
In view of the above and having perused the record, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 19.07.2021.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
