JUDGMENT:
Considering the relationship between the parties, this Court vide order dated 01.06.2021 referred the matter to the Mediation and Arbitration Centre of this Court. Now, a report dated 12.07.2021, is placed before this Court stating that the parties entered into a compromise vide Compromise Agreement dated 10.03.2020. The same is taken on record.
In the light of the above, this Appeal Suit is closed in terms of the Compromise Agreement dated 10.03.2020.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
