COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The matter is listed in the category of 'for dismissal', as none
had appeared on behalf of the appellant on the last date of hearing.
Today, Mr. G. Sundresan, learned proxy counsel appearing for
learned counsel for the appellant states that he has not received any
instructions from his client for the last several years.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the appellant has
already got remarried and blessed with two children.
3. Perhaps, it is for the said reason that the appellant has stopped pursuing the present appeals. Be that as it may, the present appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
