JUDGMENT:
This Appeal is filed questioning the order dated 26.07.2018 passed by the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy in I.A.No.463 of 2018 in CS (OS) No.570 of 2018.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of District Courts, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated 15.03.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Appeal.
Accordingly, this Appeal is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Appeal and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
