JUDGMENT:
(Per Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Ms. K. Mamata Chowdary, learned Standing Counsel for Income Tax Department has filed a letter requesting to permit the appellant to withdraw this Appeal on the ground that the respondent had filed an Application under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 with liberty to revive the Appeal in the event of failure of satisfactory resolution under the said Scheme.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant.
3. Granting liberty as sought, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Appeal shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
