JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Ms. Habeeb Sheikh, learned counsel for the appellant states that her client has not been in touch with her after three months from the date of filing of the present appeal, which was filed in the year 2008. She states that she has tried to telephonically contact her client on the mobile number as was made available to her, but the said phone is not working and she has no clue about the current whereabouts of the appellant for the past several years. She therefore states that she has no further instructions in the matter.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to file a Memo on the above lines in the course of the day.
3. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal, which is accordingly dismissed in default along with the pending applications, if any.
