JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant
had undertaken that his client would pay back the balance sum of
Rs.7,00,000/- from out of Rs.50,00,000/- that was paid to him by the
students of the respondent No.4/college.
2. Today, Mr. G. Vidyasagar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellant confirms that the balance amount of Rs.7,00,000/-, which was collected by the appellant from the students for being deposited with the respondent No.4/college, has been credited into the account of the respondent No.4/college and that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal.
3. The fact that the agreed amount has been credited into the account of the respondent No.4/college is confirmed by Mr. B. Chinnapa Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4.
4. The present appeal is closed along with the pending applications, if any.
