1.     An application dated 15.04.2021 has been submitted by

Mr. E. Sambasiva Pratap, learned counsel for the appellant to the

Registrar (Judicial) stating inter alia that the appellant and the

respondent have compromised the case outside the court and therefore

he does not wish to press the present appeal.

2. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
