JUDGMENT:
This Appeal is filed questioning the order dated 05.08.2014 passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act 1989-cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar in I.A.No.718 of 2013 in O.S.No.443 of 2013.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of District Courts, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for default by the Court below vide judgment dated 23.06.2017.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Appeal.
Accordingly, this Appeal is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Appeal and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
