JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Learned counsel for the appellant/husband states that in view of
the fact that the son of the parties who is residing with the father has
been meeting the respondent/wife in terms of an order dated
04.12.2019 at her residence and further having regard to the fact that the son is already 17 years old and will soon be a major and take his own decisions, he does not wish to press the present appeal.
2. The present appeal is accordingly closed along with the pending applications, if any.
