JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

After addressing arguments at some length assailing the impugned order, Mr. V.T. Kalyan, learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of his client to claim title and possession of the subject parcel of land in appropriate proceedings. We may note that the said liberty was in any event granted to the appellant in terms of the impugned order.
2. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
