1. Learned counsel for the appellant states that in view of the order
dated 28.05.2021 passed by the respondent No.1, a copy whereof has
been placed on record, he may be granted leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of his client to assail the said order by seeking appropriate legal recourse.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
