JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent
had stated that the order dated 23.02.2021 had been complied with on 22.04.2021 and an affidavit to the said effect has been filed. The said affidavit is on record today.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has absented himself.
3. Along with the affidavit filed by the respondent is the copy of the proceedings dated 22.04.2021 issued by the Labour Department wherein, complaint raised by the petitioner had been replied to on a point wise basis. In our opinion, nothing further survives in the present contempt petition in view of the said reply.
4. The present contempt petition is accordingly closed along with the pending applications, if any.
