JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Mr. P. Govind Reddy, learned Special Counsel for the State of Andhra Pradesh and Mr. B.S.Prasad, learned Advocate General, State of Telangana state that compliances have been made of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Prakash Singh and others v. Union of India and others, reported at ((2006) 8 SCC 1) and steps have been taken to appoint Members and Chairman of the State Security Commission and the Police Complaints Authority at the State and the District levels. The relevant Governments Orders viz., G.O.Ms. No.57 dated 20.06.2021, G.O.Ms.No.71 dated 08.07.2021 and G.O.Ms. No.72 dated 08.07.2021 of the State of Andhra Pradesh and G.O.Rt.No.1094 dated 07.07.2021 and G.O.Ms.No.1093 dated 07.07.2021 of the State of Telangana have been filed.
2. In view of the compliances made, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case, which is closed along with the pending applications, if any.
