JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

The present appeal is directed against an innocuous order passed by the learned Single Judge issuing notice on a stay application moved by the appellant/writ petitioner in W.P.No.14318 of 2021.
2. Mr. A.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, while reserving the right of his client to pursue the stay application pending before the learned Single Judge.
3. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
