After addressing arguments at some length assailing the order dated 31.03.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the W.P.No.7810 of 2021 filed by the appellants, learned counsel for the appellants states that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal while reserving the right of his clients to seek their civil remedies for resolution of the issues raised in the writ petition.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
