JUDGMENT:(Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The appellant (petitioner No.4 in W.P.No.12780 of 2021) is
aggrieved by an order dated 08.06.2021 passed by the learned Single
Judge whereunder, the grievance raised relating to the decision of
respondent No.5 of declining to receive the documents for entering his
name in the Dharani Portal in terms of the order dated 08.4.2021, passed in C.R.P.No.5196 of 2013, has been turned down with an observation that there is no error in the Dharani Portal and it is for appellant/petitioner No.4 and the remaining writ petitioners/respondents 7 to 9 herein, to work out their remedies in accordance with law.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner No.4 states that he is willing to approach the respondent No.5 with a fresh application submitted jointly with the respondents 7 to 9 (writ petitioners No.1 to
3) for recording their names on the Dharani Portal, without including respondent No.6 as an applicant.
3. Mr. C. V. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the Revenue Department, states that if the appellant and the respondents No.7 to 9 file a joint application praying that their names be included in the Dharani Portal, then the same shall be duly processed. . Page 1 of 2 2
4. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.
