Heard. Perused the record.
Vide order, dated 12.07.2019, the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat. On 13.07.2019, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat. In view of the same, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the Award, dated 13.07.2019, passed by the Lok Adalat. There shall be no order as to costs.
