JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

After addressing arguments at some length, assailing the order dated 12.03.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the second writ petition filed by the appellant based on the same cause of action, learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
3. The present appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
