JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Though a copy of the affidavit directed to be filed by the
respondent No.6/Tahsildar, Gajwel Mandal is not on record, learned
counsel for the petitioner states that he has received a copy thereof.
2. Mr. A.Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader submits that it has been stated in the affidavit that the land in question situated in Sy.No.490 has been resumed by the Department and all the unauthorised construction has been removed. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the said position and states that the matter may be closed.
3. The writ petition is accordingly closed along with the pending applications, if any.
