JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.     Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the

present appeal while reserving the right of his client to apply for

fresh permission for construction on the subject property as

contemplated in law.

2.     On receiving such application, the respondent No.5 shall pass

appropriate orders thereon. The parties shall remain bound by the impugned order passed in W.P.No.6811 of 2020.

3. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
