JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Pursuant to the parties being referred to mediation, a report has been forwarded by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Telangana, under a cover of letter dated 03.07.2021, enclosing thereby the Memorandum of Understanding recorded between the parties of even date wherein, the parties have agreed to reconcile all their disputes and reunite.
2. Both the parties have agreed that all the complaints lodged by them against each other and their family members shall be withdrawn and/or quashed and they shall cooperate with each other in this regard. The parties have agreed to set up their matrimonial home at Bangalore, not take any precipitate steps against each other in future and live a peaceful matrimonial life. They request that the aforesaid settlement be taken on record and the present appeal be disposed of.
3. We have perused the Memorandum of Understanding. In view of the fact both the parties have arrived at the aforesaid settlement out of their own freewill and volition and without any undue influence or coercion from any quarter, the same is taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions thereof. F.C.A.No.477 of 2018 Page 1 of 2
4. The present appeal is accordingly disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
