Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal directed against the order dated 25.02.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge wherein, all that the appellant was directed to do was to consider the case of the writ petitioners for regularization of their services in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212 dated 22.04.1994 while keeping in mind the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in the case of B.Srinivasulu v. Nellore Municipal Corporation in Civil Appeal No.6318 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal and the interlocutory application are dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
