JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Mr. D.Ramakrishna, learned counsel appears on behalf of the
petitioner.
2. Mr. C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for
Revenue, who appears on behalf of the respondent on advance notice,
states that the present contempt petition does not lie against an interim order dated 31.10.2018 for the reason that on the direction issued to the District Collector to file a Report on the allegations levelled in the writ petition, the same was filed on 22.11.2018 which is part of the record in W.P.No.6055 of 2018.
3. In view of the statement made hereinabove on behalf of the respondent, we are not inclined to entertain the present contempt case, which is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
