JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.     After addressing arguments for some time against the order

dated 07.04.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.8611

of 2021, learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner seeks leave

to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of his client to

seek appropriate remedies against the private respondents either by

amending the suit already instituted by him and pending before the trial court, or by filing a fresh suit against them, as may be advised.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
